I found the course incredibly relevant to the work I'm doing right now. What stood out most was seeing so many of the same challenges we're dealing with reflected in the experiences of people from other organisations. It was reassuring to know that these aren't just problems unique to our team, and it made me feel a lot more confident about the work we've already started. I also appreciated how practical the course was. A lot of us are already doing Design Ops work without necessarily having the title or a dedicated function, so having actual frameworks and examples to refer to helps bring some structure to what we're trying to achieve. I've come away with plenty of ideas I want to try, and a better sense of how to prioritise them. It's also been quite validating to see that we're already heading in the right direction, even if there's still a lot to figure out.

This course was one of the most practical learning experiences I've had. It's very hands-on, and I learned so much about what the DesignOps role really means inside an organization. The 3D framework (Diligence, Decision, Discipline) gave me a clear way to think about operational health and how to guide teams toward it. What I valued most was being able to take each module and apply it right away to real challenges I was working through on the job. The cohorts are small, so Laurent gives everyone real, focused attention, and that made a big difference. I highly recommend this course, and Laurent, to anyone who wants to better understand their team and organizational dynamics and needs practical tools for navigating complex work environments.
