Get the Yes: Executive Communication & Influence for Product Leaders

Elena's knowledge is invaluable. As a product manager with over 4 years of experience, I learned more in this workshop about executive communication and influencing people than I have from reading books and asking managers. This workshop focused on translating great ideas for the audience in front of you, especially how to react when there is inevitably pushback and how to make that discourse improve your pitch instead of derail it. This was not the cookie-cutter course that teaches you the way to memorize your pitch; it's about preparing your data points, excelling under pressure, and understanding your audience so well that they can't help but say "Yes" to anything your proposing. Amazing workshop!

Get the Yes: Executive Communication & Influence for Product Leaders

It was honestly the most useful training on this topic I've ever had - and I took part in several sessions of executive and manager coaching trainings at my last two companies, and a set of "influencing across matrix" types of training over the years across large and small orgs. Those were definitely interesting but not so directly applicable to my role and my challenges. Overall, it's much more work than I expected to present a proposal - I realized I was winging it for years and was coming underprepared, assuming just knowing the problem, the data behind it and the solution well is enough. It is not, and Elena's training will show you why and how to fix that.
