Over a decade there, selling platform products where the value was obvious to us and invisible to the buyer. The real job was building the systems that let a sales team explain something abstract in a way that closed.

AI is the same problem in a new outfit. Everyone can see it's valuable. Far fewer have turned it into repeatable workflows.
