For 15+ years, I've held management roles and worked with senior leaders + boards across the globe to diagnose what's actually going on inside an organisation, before anyone reaches for a quick fix. I use the Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument and LEGO® Serious Play® as diagnostic tools. My PhD looked at how cultures protect themselves from scrutiny after crisis.

I love to teach MBA students in London + online, write on culture + leadership transitions, and run a coaching practice for leaders navigating change.
