Riley's course was incredibly valuable, timely, and thought-provoking. It challenged me to think deeply about bias, privacy, transparency, governance, and accountability - and how they shape trust from the perspective of the people using and experiencing AI-enabled services and products. The course shows what it takes to create an AI experience that's human-centred and responsible - going beyond features to creating the right conditions around what you're building from start to end: the processes, systems, and teams that shape how AI is designed, implemented, managed, and governed. As AI continues to evolve so quickly and fundamentally reshape our service and product experiences, discussions like these feel more necessary than ever - especially to prevent creating or reinforcing harm. The course packs a lot of information, but Riley has done a great job designing the case studies, live course discussions, and assignments to turn complex ideas into practical, design-relevant questions about trustworthy AI. I highly recommend it!

This is an exceptional course, and if you're wondering how to incorporate AI into your workflow, this is for you - this recasts AI beyong being a vending machine for cheap, easy answers to being a genuine partner for you - it takes a far broader perspective than AI as a technology and asks you to consider it from ethical, organisational, governance, audit and other perpectives - designing AI users trust is for those who want to build AI, not just use it. It's a course for anyone in organisational life looking for the understanding and levers to integrate AI usefully and ethically into their organisation. Riley is crazy sharp and experienced in this space. The resources are deep and practical. Do it. Just sign up. You need this.

The sheer volume of information covered is worth more than the fee for the course. Riley is a great teacher, and person. Relaxed, thought provoking and genuine. I highly recommend the course, though I should warn you to make sure you have plenty of time available to make the most of it!

This course was a great mix of relevant theory, applied tools and group collaboration sessions - it works best if you make the time to do all 3 as there is so much to explore and discuss!
