I'm Aarti Mudaliar. Mechanical engineer by training, 18 years in senior HR leadership at Novartis and GSK.

I partner with CHROs and senior HR leaders on AI strategy, HR upskilling, and AI governance. My mission is to equip HR to become the CEO's trusted AI partner.
