20 years in product. 200+ PMs coached.

Every PM has tried AI by now. Most stopped with chatbots.
You've pasted in a PRD. Maybe you even ran a competitive analysis once. But none of it stuck. You don't have anything connected to your actual tools. It's better than before, but still clunky.
The gap isn't knowledge. It's that nobody taught you how to build it - and the LinkedIn posts and tiktok videos are just one video after another of what could be.
You've got to take it from reading/watching to DOING.
Week 1: Run a competitive analysis in 20 minutes that used to take half a day. Build a reusable skill so the next one takes <3 minutes.
Week 2: Learn what evals are and why they're the skill that separates AI tinkering from AI building. Build a practice set that tells you whether any AI output is good enough to ship.
Week 3: Wire Claude into your actual stack - Slack, Linear, GitHub, Google Docs. Build a clickable prototype from a PRD and test your skills on live data instead of copy-pasting.
Week 4: Chain it all into a PM operating system that runs on a schedule.
We start from zero. Pre-work covers the terminal, prompting, and your first skill before the first session.
You don't leave with notes. You leave with a working system.
Build a working AI system connected to your real PM tools - research, prototypes, evals, and automation in 4 weeks.
Run a full competitive analysis - profiles, feature matrix, whitespace - in a single session with Plan Mode.
Synthesize hundreds of feedback data poitns into ranked themes and actioanble insights your team can use.
Build reusable research skills with skill-creator so the next analysis takes 3 minutes, not 20.
Understand what evals are and why they're the difference between 'AI is neat' and 'AI is reliable'
Build a practice set - test cases, rubrics, and thresholds - that tells you whether any AI output is good enough to ship, iterate, or kill
Run evals against your riskiest assumption before anyone else sees the output.
Wire up Slack, Linear, Github, Google Docs, and more as live data sources inside Claude.
Turn a PRD into a clickable prototype with user journeys and a design brief. No engineering needed.
Run your skills on real data pulled directly from your stack - no more copy-pasting into a chatbot.
Chain skills together: research output feeds analysis, analysis feeds a brief. One workflow, not five tabs.
Set up recurring workflows - competitive monitor every Monday, feedback digest every Friday.
Leave with a 30-day adoption plan so this becomes how you work, not a course you took and forgot.
Pre-work covers terminal basic, prompting fundamentals, and your first reusable skill before the first session.
Flipped classroom: learn concepts async, then use live sessions for protected build time and real-time coaching.
Slack community for async help between sessions. You're never stuck alone waiting for the next class.
Every exercise uses your real PRDs, backlog, and stakeholder updates. You'll use what you build on Monday.
30 students, max! You get coaching on your specific work and product, not generic advice from a stage.

20 years in product leadership. Indeed, Bazaarvoice, startups. 200+ PMs coached
The PM who tried AI and hit a wall. You've used some of the chats, but nothing has stuck. You need a system, not another prompt trick.
Senior PM drowning in recurring work. Same competitive updates, same briefs, same summaries every week. You need those hours back!
The Team Lead who wants to model what's next. Your team is watching. Master AI workflows yourself first, then bring the approach to your org
If you believe that AI is a fad and is going away, this isn't for you. We are building for the future of product work.
If you're in product, TPM, design, or engineering and want to bulid AI into your actual workflow, this is the right place.
You don't need to be perfect. You need to be willing to build, test, and iterate. That's the whole course.

Projects
1-2 hrs / week
Work on turning the lessons into ACTUAL results for your work. This can and should all be done on your own actual content and work. It may start as adding to your plate, but eventually, it will replace a ton of the work you are already doing.
Async content
1-2 hrs / week
I'll be providing async lessons and video content for you to explore on your own and go deeper on the topics. It will be ~1 hour of content each week, and then you should practice it!
I didn’t expect to move from prompts to actual systems this quickly. Within the first week, I built a working competitive monitoring setup that runs on a schedule, along with tools for PRD reviews and structured competitor analysis - all applied to my product in the iGaming risk space. What surprised me most was how it uncovered competitors and angles I hadn’t fully considered. It changed how I think about AI - less as a one-off tool, and more as something you can operationalize.

When I joined UKG, I spent weeks going through 300+ customer escalations to understand patterns. Last week I did the same analysis in 5 minutes with Claude Code. But Will taught me something equally important - that speed without judgment is dangerous. Claude Code is my sous chef. It does the work. But I still taste the food
