If your weeks disappear into Slack catch-ups, session summaries and chasing stakeholders for updates, I know how draining that is, and after 13 years in research I still watch admin pile up around every study I run. Once I started using Claude scheduled tasks, I had a daily briefing, a summary of new sessions and a first pass affinity diagram waiting for me to review each morning.

I think most researchers are now covering more studies with smaller teams and more pressure to show the impact of their work, and I've found scheduled tasks are one of the most useful ways to give the recurring work to Claude, so you get your time back for the thinking and conversations that need you.

In this workshop I walk you through the scheduled tasks I use across a full study, how I write instructions Claude can follow without me there, how I plug my own skills into a task, and how I test and tweak each one before I trust it with anything stakeholders see.
