The explanation of how to set up the plug-ins was the information I was looking for, but did not have the vocabulary to express. The approach of udsing Claude as a co-creator was a perspective I really appreciated.

My overall impression of the course, curriculum, and instructor is very positive. From a teaching and knowledge-transfer perspective, the material was comprehensive, detailed, and highly practical. Nikki does an excellent job of breaking down what can often feel like a confusing and buzzword-heavy AI landscape into a structured, understandable framework. Rather than focusing on shortcuts or hype, she provides a process-driven approach that helps UX researchers, UX designers, product managers, and others involved in product development understand how to build useful, repeatable AI systems. The strongest part of the course, in my opinion, is the emphasis on process. The curriculum clearly explains how the various pieces fit together: skills, agents, plugins, evaluators, connectors, workflows, and governance. More importantly, it explains why each component exists and what purpose it serves within the larger system. That procedural clarity is something that is often missing in AI education today. One of the biggest takeaways for me was that the course doesn't simply teach tools. It teaches a methodology for turning expertise into systems. The distinction between skills, plugins, evaluation layers, and first-draft thinking was especially valuable. The framework helps bring a level of professionalism and rigor that is badly needed during a period when many AI discussions feel vague, fragmented, or overly focused on hype. The pace is fast, but understandably so given the amount of material covered. This is not a course that can be fully absorbed in a single viewing. I expect to revisit the recording multiple times, take additional notes, and work through the examples myself before the concepts become second nature. The content rewards repetition and hands-on application. If I were to suggest areas for improvement, they would be relatively minor. Slowing down slightly at key points might make some of the more complex concepts easier for participants to absorb. Additional visual system diagrams showing how agents, skills, evaluators, and workflows interact at a high level could also strengthen comprehension. More end-to-end real-world examples demonstrating the complete lifecycle of a plugin, from idea to implementation to evaluation, would be beneficial as well. Overall, however, this was an extremely valuable session. It delivered both tactical guidance and strategic thinking, and it provided a practical framework I can immediately apply to my own work. I would absolutely attend future sessions and would recommend the course to anyone looking to develop a more structured and disciplined approach to AI-powered research and product workflows. Overall rating: Highly recommended.

Nikki brings a nuanced and intentional perspective to utilizing LLMs to execute the many stages of research. In this workshop, I learned how to incorporate my human judgement to guide the creation of skills and plugins to save me time on my first drafts of research, allowing me to accelerate my workflow without sacrificing quality of output. Nikki uses helpful frameworks and tactics to get usable content from Claude the first time (albeit after significant upfront investment). She was an engaging teacher and I would take another course led by her in the future.

The course was very informative and a great way to start creating plug-ins specifically for UXR.
