Train-the-Trainer: Building Resilience Construction Mental Health Certification

Stephanie has spent nearly two decades inside the workplaces most people only study from the outside, including in-house HR roles at ENR-ranked contractors like Kiewit and McCarthy. She is the Founder and CEO of The Wounded Workforce® and Executive Director of the Center for Construction Mental Health, and the architect of the Building Resilience Construction Mental Health Certification®. Her work rests on one radical idea: resilience is not a personal trait; it is something workplaces produce by design. She developed the Seven Principles of Trauma-Informed Workplaces to translate clinical frameworks into practice that hold up on a jobsite, not just in a conference room. She teaches the way she practices: direct, practical, and grounded in what really happens when the workday gets hard.
