Stress Management Expert & Coach

Stress and anxiety are fueling symptoms for leaders, managers and team members—everything from distraction, overwhelm and depression, to lower engagement, burnout and higher turnover.
Stress and anxiety aren't just wellness issues that can be answered by an AI chatbot, in a one-hour workshop, or with a day off. They are ongoing challenges that leaders and others can and should address with simple, built-in actions that don't require a counseling degree.
In fact, some of the most effective stress reduction can happen as a part of daily activities—in a meeting, on a phone call, or before a presentation.
During this workshop, you’ll learn simple, fast-acting strategies and techniques to reduce and prevent stress for yourself and those you work with—and how to incorporate them into your work as a leader, manager or team member.
At the end of this workshop, you will:
Be able to PREVENT and reduce stress by better identifying its sources and symptoms.
Use and share evidence-based stress and anxiety reduction techniques for sharper focus, reduced overwhelm, better sleep, and more.
Seamlessly make stress and anxiety reduction a welcomed part of your leadership, management and work culture.
We'll briefly look at how stress starts, how it builds, and how it impacts performance and health. This will enable you to more effectively recognize and reduce it.
You'll learn strategies including Stress GPS, Stress Breakdown and Dashboard to spot stress early in yourself and others—actions that are key to stress prevention.
We'll try practical techniques including Quick Calm, The Mod Squad and Instant Vacation. You'll learn how to naturally introduce and use these techniques with others in scenarios specific to your work
In addition to the individual techniques already learned, we'll look at simple, stress-reducing edits to communications, meetings and other workplace norms and practices.
The workshop will finish with an open discussion, including questions about what has been learned, how to apply it, and sharing of ongoing stress reduction resources.
