Where AI becomes second nature

Most lawyers are aware of AI's potential to transform legal work, but few have developed the consistent practices needed to make it part of their daily routine.
It is as simple and as difficult as flossing your teeth to become AI enabled as a lawyer. The challenge is not a lack of information, it is the difficulty of building reliable habits around them, particularly under the time pressure and complexity of real legal matters.
The Atticus Project is a nonprofit advancing AI performance, education, and opportunity in the legal space. This workshop is the result of hands-on training developed alongside in-house legal teams and GCs who have made AI work in their day to day.
Each cohort is led by a practicing GC who shares their own AI journey and walks participants through real use cases from the field. Participants leave with concrete, repeatable habits they can apply immediately.
Instructors and start times rotate by cohort. Cohort 2 is led by Irene Liu and begins May 2nd at 8:00 AM PDT; Cohort 3 is led by Ji-Hyun Park and begins May 16th at 10:00 AM PDT. Learn more about each presenter below.
Introductions, workshop goals, and ensuring everyone has their AI tools ready.
Your instructor walks through real AI workflows: contract review with Deep Research, document drafting in Canvas, hands-free meeting prep with Voice Mode.
Pick 2 to 3 use cases from the menu (e.g., contract review, regulatory research, drafting, vendor due diligence, cross-functional communication) and build working prompts and processes with guidance.
Cohort members share what they built. Compare approaches, trade prompts, and get feedback from the group and instructor. You'll leave with a set of tested workflows you can use Monday.
Introduction to the 23 AI Habits across three phases (Foundation, Integration, Mastery). You'll get the habit tracker, glossary, and info on the 8-week reinforcement program.
