Sudha Ranganathan will help you become indispensable to your org

By day, I lead an integrated marketing team at LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business. Before that: 11+ years in marketing strategy at P&G Asia, followed by PayPal and Nielsen.

20 years in calibration rooms taught me a pattern: people with outsized impact and reputations, ICs and managers alike, aren't working harder. They're discerning about three things: where to point their effort for maximum business impact, how to navigate stakeholder systems to land projects, and how to stay visible even in rooms they aren't in.

I've built a virtual workshop and 1:1 coaching practice around these same skills, for professionals navigating complex work situations and working toward career fulfillment and progression. CTI-trained coach. Co-host of the P&G Alumni Podcast.

Sudha creates a highly supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment where everyone feels comfortable participating, sharing perspectives, and learning from one another. What sets her apart is the breadth of her experience and her ability to adapt her coaching to different backgrounds and experience levels. She listens deeply, provides context, challenges your thinking, and helps you arrive at meaningful insights. Her passion for coaching is evident in the way she goes above and beyond to support her mentees. The asynchronous coaching which she came up with as a bonus for the cohort, centered on real-world situations, were especially valuable and often led to aha moments by breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. The course is thoughtfully designed covering business, organizational, and leadership acumen, with ample time between sessions to apply and reflect on the learnings. Although geared toward managers and senior ICs, she ensured that individual contributors also felt included and benefited from the discussions.

This is one of the most impactful leadership workshops I have attended. Sudha does an exceptional job of distilling complex leadership challenges into practical, actionable frameworks that leaders can immediately apply in their day-to-day work. The course is thoughtfully structured, with each session building naturally on the previous one, creating a cohesive learning journey rather than a collection of disconnected concepts. What sets this workshop apart is its strong emphasis on real-world application. I was able to apply several of the frameworks directly at work and saw positive outcomes almost immediately. In particular, the course has helped me become more intentional and effective in managing stakeholders, including my manager, and has significantly increased my confidence in navigating challenging leadership situations. I would highly recommend this workshop to leaders at any stage of their journey who are looking to elevate their effectiveness, strengthen their influence, and accelerate their growth. The insights, frameworks, and practical guidance make it an investment that continues to pay dividends long after the course ends.

This course provided a valuable reset and refresh to my approach to leadership. Each session strategically built on the next. I walked away with a fresh view of the most important areas for me to put energy into and actionable frameworks that hold relevance regardless of the "season" of leadership (I went through a few just in the time of the course!). The async coaching session was one of the top three most valuable aspects of this course. I was blow alway by the personalized and actionable context Sudha provided based on the context I shared. Her advice helped me successfully navigate a high-stakes conversation with senior leaders with confidence.

I highly recommend this course for managers and senior ICs navigating real leadership complexity. The content was practical, thoughtfully structured, and immediately useful; especially the frameworks around adaptive leadership, prioritization, coaching, and delivering effective feedback. Even when a concept felt familiar, the course created space to pause, reflect, and approach it with greater intention and clarity. I left with stronger mental models and concrete ways to apply them in my day-to-day work. What made the course especially impactful was Sudha’s facilitation. She has an exceptional ability to listen closely, ask insightful questions, and distill complex situations into clear, actionable takeaways. That skill showed up consistently throughout the course and made the content not only easier to understand, but easier to apply in practice. The sessions were engaging, built naturally on one another, and felt grounded in the realities of leadership rather than theory alone. The asynchronous coaching was a valuable addition to the course. It gave us another way to digest the material and see how Sudha would apply the frameworks to real situations we were navigating, which made it even easier to carry the concepts into day-to-day practice.

This course was very interactive and touched on quite a few topics that leaders have to deal with on a daily basis. There were many great coaching moments from Sudha incorporated into each session.
