5 Session Package for 1:1 Coaching

Why 5? I've noticed that 5 sessions is usually what it takes to uncover deep-seated beliefs and make material mindset and behavior shifts.

Over the course of these sessions, we move from helping you clearly see what’s really going on, to uncovering the beliefs and patterns driving your choices, to testing new approaches, so the change lasts even after we're done.

Whether you’re at a crossroads trying to make a career decision, or navigating ambiguity, difficulty or even dysfunction at work, my goal is the same: help you access the clarity, conviction, and courage to navigate it.

Some sessions untangle something you’re dealing with right now: a job search, a career transition, a tough work or stakeholder situation you’re navigating.

Others go deeper, where we tackle long-standing beliefs and patterns invisibly driving your operating model and career choices.
