I really enjoyed this course and the experience of being part of the She Shapes Digital community. Anna and Nithima created such a supportive, kind, and welcoming environment where all perspectives were valued, and feedback was encouraged in a thoughtful and positive way. The asynchronous exercises were especially impactful. They were thought-provoking and led me to several surprising insights that I was able to immediately apply during this phase of my career. I appreciated how the exercises encouraged deeper reflection while still resulting in practical, actionable takeaways. One thing that truly stood out was the level of personalized attention from both Anna and Nithima. They took the time to respond to my posts, assignments, and reflections in a timely and thoughtful way. That ongoing interaction created momentum, made the learning experience feel customized, and helped me feel genuinely supported throughout the cohort. I have not experienced this level of engagement in other programs I’ve participated in, and it made a meaningful difference. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for thoughtful reflection, meaningful growth, and a supportive learning community.

This course was so interesting: full of surprises, plenty of exercises to reflect on our career, resources, reflections regarding the impact of tech... It gave me a push to be more active and it gave me direction. The two facilitators are lovely

This course has several thoughtful exercises that make you reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, tendencies and limiting beliefs. The course also compels you to take actionable steps to overcome some of the fears that you might face as a woman in tech like applying to a job that you think you're under-qualified for. Overall, this course really helped me find alignment in the tech for good space and make sense of my career so far specially with why certain opportunities worked and others didn't. I also developed the confidence to start something of my own and not worry too much about the outcome.

This course gave me a great insight into what a career pivot into the tech space could look like. Anna and Nithima were great hosts. Meeting and connecting with other women on similar pathways was encouraging.
