Productive, Not Busy: Reclaiming Meaningful Work in a Noisy World

Santiago Tacoronte

Chief Productivity Officer for your week

Run your week. Don't let it run you.

You plan your week on Monday morning. By afternoon, work takes over: a request in the corridor, a meeting on your calendar, a quick question that eats your afternoon. You fight fires and answer immediately.

Busy work darkens meaningful work, and our best thinking stays hidden.

Out of more than 350 people who took my productivity assessment, only 1 in 20 use a full productivity system. Nearly two-thirds say their drive fades before a new habit sticks.

Most productivity advice misses the point.

It gives tactics with no strategy. It treats symptoms and skips the root cause. It ignores your culture, your goals and how your mind works. Tools only work when you make them your own. Without a system, they fade.

Build a system that lasts for your whole career.

In this cohort, you build your own way to set priorities, make decisions and follow through, grounded in your motivations. You do it live, on your real calendar. AI handles the routine. You keep the thinking, the choices and the people.

You take the 4 Productivity Vectors assessment before and after, track your numbers for four weeks, and finish with proof of what changed.

What you’ll learn

You leave with a system that fits your work and your goals. You build it on what drives you. You track the numbers that show your change.

  • Name the reasons your productivity system exists. That's the key to a system that survives.

  • Use these as a filter for everything you do: projects, tasks, meetings, or requests.

  • Build a priority filter your team can use without you.

  • Communicate it in a way that fits your company culture.

  • Map a routine process and decide what a workflow or an AI agent can take over.

  • Give reports, status updates, and copy work to your tools or your team.

  • Write decision rules. Know what you decide, what your team decides, when, and with what information.

  • Clear your decision backlog: close it, delegate it, or set a date for it.

  • Measure your week and your 4 Productivity Vectors scores before and after.

  • Turn these numbers into a one-page report for you or your leadership.

  • Agree with your boss where your freed time and energy go next: a bigger scope, a stalled project, or your next step.

How it works

1. Set your starting point. Before the course, you complete the 4 Productivity Vectors assessment, track a week of meetings and emails, and ask your manager for their top result. We review your data together in a private half-hour session.

2. Build your setup over five live weeks. Each week, you join for ninety minutes. We cover what moves you, cut busywork, delegate routine tasks to tech and AI, and speed up decisions. You work on your calendar, tasks, and team. Each session ends with one change and something to work on during the week.

3. Rehire yourself. In session five, you use your freed time to write a one-page proposal addressing the result your manager named. Then you plan the talk.

4. Show your results. You retake the assessment and collect all the improvements you made throughout the course. In a second private session, we review the before-and-after, your system, and then plan your next sixty days for consolidation.

My promise as an ex-data officer

If it isn't measured, it didn't change. So everyone measures: hours of mundane work removed, how much of your weekly plan you finish, commitments delivered on time, evening hours worked.

After the cohort I'll publish the group's real numbers on this page, reported as the median with the number of people. If they fall short of half, you'll see that too.

Who this course is not for

  • You're looking for a new app or a list of quick tips. This course builds a system, with about an hour of practice a week.

  • You think AI can fix all challenges and are looking for a 1 click solution.

  • You don't lead a team yet. My Udemy courses are a better fit for now.
