    We will introduce two UX research frameworks: a four level framework to describe UXR impact that goes beyond 'insights' and the 5 categories of metrics that show UXR impact

    Activity: impact sizing

    Use an Excel spreadsheet to calculate the dollar value impact of UX research across four different areas including customer support savings and internal resource savings.


  • 9:30AM EDT

    Activity: Improve your impact statements

    Based on your current and previous work, write an improved impact statement (come with one to work on!)

    Activity: Better qualitative impact.

    How to write better qualitative impact statements where we don't have numbers to quantify impact.
