I have over a decade of work experience across Australia and Asia. 5+ years of that was working in management consulting firms where I learned a lot about how consultants think and work. After my time in consulting I joined a tech firm and saw how my consulting skills accelerated my influence and impact. My previous experience includes working for Boston Consulting Group, Grab and Nous Group. I have spoken at 10+ conferences in 7 countries and been interviewed on Channel News Asia.

Currently, I'm the founder of Rex, is a strategic design consulting firm. Rex has worked with clients from 4 continents with an emphasis on strategic design, UX research and upskilling tech teams.

I found Ruby’s *Level Up the Impact of Your UX Research* course incredibly valuable! The format works really well: you watch the videos at your own pace, put what you’ve learned into practice through hands-on activities, and then come together in workshops to ask questions, share approaches, and learn from how others have tackled the exercises. The materials are excellent, practical, and easy to apply. I started incorporating what I was learning into my work while I was still taking the course! Level up the impact of your UX research

This course is a goldmine of strategies for communicating insights better. Ruby teaches you how to frame research so it lands with the people who need to act on it, and how to tailor insights to different audiences too. Many UXRs aren't as business-savvy as they should be, and this course helps fill that gap. Ruby introduced frameworks common in business and consulting that were new to me. I'm already using one on a new project with a business stakeholder, and using a framework he's familiar with instantly raised my credibility. If you want your UXR work to have more influence, this is well worth your time.

The biggest value of this course for me was how the knowledge was presented. It was very engaging and easy to follow, even for someone who is not a native English speaker.
