I found Ruby’s *Level Up the Impact of Your UX Research* course incredibly valuable! The format works really well: you watch the videos at your own pace, put what you’ve learned into practice through hands-on activities, and then come together in workshops to ask questions, share approaches, and learn from how others have tackled the exercises. The materials are excellent, practical, and easy to apply. I started incorporating what I was learning into my work while I was still taking the course! It has given me a fresh perspective and a set of practical tools to make UX research insights more impactful and actionable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to increase the impact of their research!

This course is a goldmine of strategies for communicating insights better. Ruby teaches you how to frame research so it lands with the people who need to act on it, and how to tailor insights to different audiences too. Many UXRs aren't as business-savvy as they should be, and this course helps fill that gap. Ruby introduced frameworks common in business and consulting that were new to me. I'm already using one on a new project with a business stakeholder, and using a framework he's familiar with instantly raised my credibility. If you want your UXR work to have more influence, this is well worth your time.

The biggest value of this course for me was how the knowledge was presented. It was very engaging and easy to follow, even for someone who is not a native English speaker. I really liked the way Ruby ran the workshops. She is open and friendly, and there was always space to ask questions. This made it easy to learn and to feel confident while practicing.
