This is a 3 week course focused on distilling your complex, nuanced, verbose research findings into concise, actionable takeaways for your stakeholders. It should be an essential training for UX researchers who communicate strategic implications. I personally most loved content in the third week, which focused on how to change presentation style when communicating to executive leadership.

Hands down, one of the most valuable courses I’ve come across as a UX researcher. It’s so grounded in reality that every lesson is easily transferable to day-to-day work. As usual, Ruby puts so much care and heart into her teaching and ensures that you walk away with plenty to think about and put into action.

I wish I had taken this course earlier! Ruby shares a ton of frameworks, templates, and practical tips that will help any UX Researcher become a more effective communicator. The online lessons are clear, the workshops are highly interactive, and Ruby is always available to answer questions and provide support. What I valued most was the feedback from both Ruby and fellow participants. It created a supportive learning environment and provided countless opportunities to reflect, practice, and improve.
