I hear two things from many product people:

1) I want to improve my data analysis skills

This workshop addresses these two problems.

In three hours, we'll cover everything you need to get up and running with Claude Code for data analysis. We'll go through how to set up Claude Code, Cursor and Python which are the tools you need for data analysis. Then we will walk through a set of foundational quantitative research techniques using survey data. Lastly, I'll show you how to make sure that every piece of analysis you run is easily repeatable,. This means that next you're analysis will take a fraction of the time.

I was inspired to create this workshop because I studied statistics as part of my psychology degree, but learnt the tool SPSS. It was frustrating when I joined the workplace because NO ONE uses SPSS. I had all of this statistics knowledge, but suddenly didn't have the skills to use it because I didn't know how to use R or Python. AI has been a huge unlock for me in bridging this gap and I'm excited to share these skills with you!

  • [Pre-work] Getting Set Up with Claude Code, Cursor Python

    Before the workshop, I'll share detailed instructions about how to install the analysis tools Claude Code, Cursor and Python. This means we'll hit the ground running in the workshop.

  • Getting to know the analysis tools

    I break down the most essential features of Claude Code and Cursor to help you get started.

  • How to think about Claude Code for analysis

    Learn the mental model for directing Claude Code as an analyst.

  • Cleaning up survey data

    We cover some of the essential ways you should inspect your data before starting analysis to make sure it's sound.

  • Hands-on quantitative analysis

    We go through a selection of top statistical techniques that will help you understand and make sense of your survey data. This will include descriptive statistics, NPS and t-tests (comparing groups).

  • Building your reusable analytics toolkit

    I show you how to save the most essential prompts so you can run future analysis in minutes.
