Build an AI setup around your product and the way you work

Your product knowledge is spread across interviews, documents, tickets and conversations. Making sense of it takes context: what customers need, what the team is working towards, and why a decision was made. Getting AI to help often means gathering that context and explaining it again.

In this live workshop, you’ll build a Product AI Operating System: a personal AI workspace that brings together your context, knowledge, tools and ways of working. Starting from our blueprint, you’ll adapt it to your role and put it to work on a recurring product task, such as synthesising interviews, triaging bugs or preparing stakeholder updates.

Tamer and Zihan will guide you from setup to working skills and automations: a reusable set of instructions that captures your method and quality standards. You’ll test it, improve it, and leave with a working foundation you can use in your daily work, plus a clear next step for extending it.

    Follow a product task from source to result. Explore context, content, connectors, capabilities and cadence: the five components of a Product AIOS. Choose your task for the day.

  • Set up your own workspace

    Start from the Productbench blueprint and make it yours. Add your role, product, priorities and working preferences, then try your first task with that context in place.

  • Connect and organise your knowledge

    Connect a knowledge source and work with interview transcripts or other product material. See how source documents, synthesised knowledge and a decision log work together.

  • Build and test skills and automations

    Choose from tasks like interview synthesis, bug triage or stakeholder updates. Define quality criteria, build your skill, test it on fresh input and refine it with Tamer and Zihan.

  • Review your setup and plan what’s next

    Share what worked and where you need better instructions or context. Learn how to maintain your setup, explore useful routines, and leave with a concrete next improvement.
