Trust is the Bottleneck

David is co-founder of BCX Design and has spent 20 years helping organisations change how people actually work. He began in tier-1 Canadian banking, led digital programmes across Southeast Asian retail banking, and has since redesigned workflows and change strategies for UN agencies, banks, governments and consumer goods companies. He co-leads BCX Design, and co-created its AI-powered behavioural audit product, Kindling, and has trained governments and global organisations in change management and behavioural science.

Rupali is an applied behavioural scientist and co-founder of BCX Design, where she works at the meeting point of AI, human decision-making and fundraising strategy. Her focus is one question: why don’t donors stay engaged with the organizations they support over the long-term? Across a career spanning Canada, India, and Thailand, across financial services, and mission-driven social impact organisations, she has helped shape strategy, change management and digital transformation. She co-leads BCX Design, is a TEDx speaker, and advocates for inclusive design and more women in technology and AI.
