David is co-founder of BCX Design and has spent 20 years helping organisations change how people actually work. He began in tier-1 Canadian banking, led digital programmes across Southeast Asian retail banking, and has since redesigned workflows and change strategies for UN agencies, banks, governments and consumer goods companies. He co-leads BCX Design, and co-created its AI-powered behavioural audit product, Kindling, and has trained governments and global organisations in change management and behavioural science.
