This course is AMAZING! I'm a recruiter with over 7 years of experience in the industry and I learned so much from Maisha. Before I started this course I approached sourcing by feeling my way along each search. In this course, Maisha breaks down each part of the sourcing process including how we prepare to source (which is often forgotten). I love that she gives templates (and short videos) for everything! This is not a course with a bunch of fluff in it, she's all about giving you as much value as possible. I think the biggest items I will implement after taking this course are: making sure I'm in the right mindset for sourcing, beginning with the end in mind, skim for probe for, identifying the top 3 things I need to find in each candidate I source, using niche sites, embedding myself in the candidates community, using natural language when sourcing and how to utilize AI when sourcing. Plus, there are so many other items I could list! I could not encourage you enough to take this course! Maisha knows her stuff and you will not be disappointed if you invest in this course!

This course was amazing. I learned about more ways to do pre-search sourcing. Also, about utilizing programmable search engines and x-raying different niche sites. I plan on getting back to the basics and doing some job shadowing in order to get a better idea of the full scope of what Physicians in different specialities do on a daily basis. This would allow me to better describe to candidates what to expect in their role.

Having the opportunity to attend the Prospect Like a Pro lab was such a gift. It not only gave me the opportunity to continue to sharpen my skills, but allowed me to learn and share from other professionals in our industry in a supportive and truly "collaborative" environment. If you are looking to refine, up skill, or rediscover skills that you forgot you had as a Talent Acquisition professional, I would highly recommend attending this course.
