In 2013, I made the daring leap from full-cycle G&A recruiting to the world of technical sourcing. I quickly discovered that this high-volume sourcing field came with its own unique set of challenges that demanded a new skill set.
To truly excel in technical sourcing, I realized it was about more than just having the right tools at my disposal; it required mental resilience, determination, and a well-crafted strategy.
As I navigated this uncharted territory, I began to document my experiences—what worked, what didn't, and all the nuances in-between. In pursuit of mastery, I sought out wisdom from industry giants like Shally Steckerl, Carmen Hudson, and Glen Cathey. By adapting and honing their techniques, I boosted my sourced hires from 4 per year to 4 per quarter.
This is the course I wish I had access to when I started sourcing. It is not a quick fix. It is a methodical roadmap to empower you to maximize your sourcing potential.
