In 2013, I made the daring leap from full-cycle G&A recruiting to the world of technical sourcing. I quickly discovered that this high-volume sourcing field came with its own unique set of challenges that demanded a new skill set.

By adapting and honing their techniques, I boosted my sourced hires from 4 per year to 4 per quarter.
