Why this topic matters
You’ve probably handed off a decision and watched it come back. Usually the person was ready, and the handoff was missing a clear owner, a boundary, or a reason for you to stay out of it. In this session, you’ll watch an everyday decision move through the Decision Ownership Map, then sort your own. Bring your top two or three people if you can, since a handoff holds better when both sides build it together.
