I have been working with tech leaders since last 28 years. I spent 16 years in corporate fintech before becoming a coach. I led various product roles at Oracle (erstwhile Iflex Solutions India), Fiserv, and Open Solutions. I know how it feels like to have the best answers in the room and watch decisions get made without you.

For the past 12 years, I've coached CXOs, VPs, and senior directors in tech organizations. I'm an ICF Master Certified Coach  and have also served as Chair of the ICF Professional Coaches Global Board.

I've written two books on leadership—Are You the Leader You Want to Be? (introducing the HUMAN Leadership framework) and Get Your Next Promotion (career advancement for tech leaders). I've published in Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and been recognized as one of 15 Visionary C-Suite Coaches by US Reporter.

This course exists because I've coached hundreds of tech leaders who are brilliant but invisible. They can't get heard in rooms where strategy gets set. The gap isn't capability—it's how they're showing up in conversations. What I teach isn't theory.
