Kelsi Kriitmaa, PhD is a social impact strategist, consultant, coach, speaker, and former COO with over twenty years of experience across philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, strategy consulting, NGOs, and the United Nations. She is known for helping mission-driven professionals and organizations bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen strategy, and build careers and teams that are both effective and sustainable.


Before founding her coaching and consulting practice, Kelsi played a key role in launching the WHO Foundation, led operations at Philanthropy Advisors, an international strategy consulting firm, and advised global health and development organizations on strategy, partnerships, and organizational design.
