Taylor has spent the last 13+ years recruiting engineers and helping companies scale their engineering teams. He's seen the behind the scenes of hundreds if not thousands of companies hire (and most of them fail). His passion is to help other level up their careers and their job search because he never had a resource to help him when he started his career.
