For over 15 years, Mollie has taught, mentored, and led designers while building products across multiple industries. She's developed frameworks for design team growth and championed user-centered approaches in complex enterprise environments.

As Sr. Director of Product Design at Branch, she leads strategic design initiatives and manages a global product design team. Her experience teaching UX design at the University of Nebraska has given her unique insights into how designers learn and grow.

Throughout her career at companies like GRIN, Hudl, and Fleetio, she's built and scaled design teams from the ground up, developing evaluation frameworks and career development programs still in use today.
