I pivoted into UX Writing with a role at Etsy, Inc. where I grew from a contract UX writer into a Senior UX Copywriter, leading UX content support and strategy for user-facing experiences for millions of buyers.

My work also includes leading the creation of UX content standards and governance as a founding member on the digital advisor experience side of a Fortune 500 financial services company.
