Jen's work includes building and documenting plans, processes, and programs that have generated up to 50% of agency revenue, such as a knowledge management program (wiki), a comprehensive employee onboarding program, and a referral partner program for a HubSpot RevOps agency where she started as employee 1 and held many roles across the business. She earned the 2022 Heroes of RevOps award from Revenue.io. She is a course creator and co-instructor for the RevOps bootcamp from HubSpot Academy. She was a guest professor for the HubSpot Revenue Operations certification, a speaker at MarketingOps.com's MOps-Apalooza conference, a speaker at HubSpot’s World Certification Week, and a panelist and guest on many other recent events and podcasts. Jen is currently writing a book about RevOps, to combine her love of research, writing, and lifelong learning. She also curates and shares operations & education information weekly on Substack.
