Why this topic matters

Process documentation is a key to success for profitable businesses and for creating company cultures where people want to work. However, very few people speak or write about this topic, and few companies are good examples to follow, leading to most of the workforce being unaware of a better way to work with less stress, more time to spend on what they enjoy, and other benefits we'll discuss.

 Jen Bergren creates educational content using human-centered operations topics to help people succeed in their careers, including a business process documentation course and HubSpot Academy's RevOps Bootcamp. As Head of Operations at Remotish, a HubSpot ops agency, her work included creating plans, processes, and programs such as a knowledge management program, an employee onboarding program, and a referral partner program. She has spoken at operations conferences, on various podcasts, and as a guest professor for the HubSpot RevOps certification. Jen also works as a graduate marketing program evaluator for Western Governors University. Her book, What is RevOps, will be published in 2025.
