Ren is a 25-year experienced revenue leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets and growing large, complex accounts within the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) industry.

She has led and won enterprise and large, complex deals at Globe Telecom (Singtel Group), Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia), Ruckus Wireless, and Vodafone, contributing to more than 130M Euro career sales.

As the creator of the B2B Sales Maturity Framework, Ren's mission is to empower sales professionals. She achieves this by integrating strategy, processes, and behaviours to drive client action, optimise sales cycles, and achieve revenue growth.

An engineer by education and holds an MBA in Business and leadership and sales coaching certifications. Ren is building and co-founding Fraxional, a start-up that helps organisations with the fractional squad-as-a-service model.

Bart Giordano

President - Ruckus | Networking, Intelligent Cellular & Security

Bart Giordano is SVP and President of the Networking, Intelligent Cellular and Security Solutions business at CommScope, Ruckus Network. He is responsible for the development, growth and transformation of CommScope’s enterprise networking, wireless mobility and security portfolio aligned to CommScope’s strategic transformation initiative.

Prior to this role, Bart was general manager of the RUCKUS business unit after previously leading its worldwide sales organization. His 20+ year career spans various technical and business roles in full-stack networking, wireless and cloud companies. Prior to RUCKUS, Bart served in roles of increasing responsibility at Egnyte, an enterprise SaaS company and Marvell Semiconductor. Early in his career, he was a software engineer in Cisco’s Security Technology Group.

Mr. Giordano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
