Hi, I’m Anna, an experienced leadership expert and former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I spent nearly a decade advising and coaching leaders at the highest levels. 


For the past 5+ years, I’ve been running my own leadership development business, working with organizations across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, government entities, and family-owned businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve seen one constant: most managers are thrown into leadership roles without formal training. Even with my McKinsey experience and an INSEAD MBA, it took me time to truly master managing teams.
