Anita is a product management executive with extensive experience driving innovation and growth across tech industry leaders and startups. Her career includes product leadership roles at Google, Microsoft, and various startups.
Over 17 years at Google, Anita built impactful consumer and business products across multiple divisions including Google Search, Maps, Shopping, and Kids & Families. She led high-performing product and marketing teams, developed successful leadership programs, and served on hiring and promotion committees to invest in top talent. Anita was a 3-time executive award recipient and received two prestigious Webby awards.
Currently, Anita coaches emerging leaders and provides strategic advisory services to early-stage companies.
Anita holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she was also a Mayfield Fellow. She also holds a AI Product Management certificate from Duke University.
Mo Fong

Mo’s extensive coaching and consulting practice focuses on assessing and rooting out destructive friction and to navigate challenges with greater agility. She has experience in building effective teams, leading through crisis and change management, and scaling for excellence.
Mo is an adjunct lecturer with Stanford Management Science and Engineering and is a leadership coach at Harvard Business School. Mo has served as the ED at STVP, the Stanford Engineering Entrepreneurship Center. Prior to STVP, Mo spent 15 years at Google as a Sr. Director leading global teams in Google Technical Solutions, Financial Operations and People Operations. Mo is the founder of Friction Fixers, dedicated to making work better by rooting out destructive organizational friction while planting good friction. She is also the founder of LeiFongCoaching, LLC and is the President and founding member of the Asian Women Coaching Collective.
