Why this topic matters

An Experience Vision is one of the most powerful tools in a Product Management or UX leader's toolbox. This radical approach to demonstrating your product’s user experience propels your team out of being tactical and reactive all of the time.  A well-crafted experience vision describes the strategic long-term direction of your organization. It’s the final destination for your product strategy.
