Twenty-five years into a design career, I've seen industry cycles come and go. This moment feels different. AI is reshaping the landscape, organizations are restructuring, and many women deep into their careers are reconsidering what meaningful work looks like now. Christine Perfetti created a gathering that met that moment honestly. The speakers didn't offer formulas, which would feel inauthentic and over promising.
