What you'll learn

Turn 2025 Data Into 2026 Strategic Insights

Use AI to analyze your team's performance patterns, identify what's working, and spot hidden opportunities leaders miss.

Set the Right Goals, Reject The Rest

Master the art of ambitious but achievable goal-setting and learn frameworks for saying no to good ideas with finesse.

Get Everyone Bought Into Your Plan

Build alignment by having your team help write it, your peers support it, and your boss benefit from it.

Why this topic matters

Most 2026 plans will fail because they're overcomplicated and too rigid. Leaders spend months perfecting detailed plans that become obsolete by February. High-performing teams stay aligned on what matters most while remaining agile enough to adapt. This workshop shows you how to build simple, flexible plans that actually deliver.

You'll learn from

Marsden Kline

Co-founder MGMT Accelerator (fmr Sales Manager @ Google)

Marsden co-founded the MGMT Accelerator with Dave. After decades of daydreaming about what owning their own company would look like, the answer was teaching something we naturally enjoy. Marsden studied engineering at UVa but always volunteered to present (instead of code). Her love for people and problem-solving has led to a range of experiences: from Goldman Sachs to sales at Google to real estate at Compass. The common thread? A commitment to understanding the people at the table to more efficiently solve for yes.
