How To Build Visibility on LinkedIn (For Tech Professionals)

I built my LinkedIn presence as career insurance, then got laid off and had 3 inbound offers from VC-backed startups before sending a single application. Now at Guild95, I help tech workers & execs do the same thing so they can attract more job interviews (at places like Lovable & Notion), more industry friends, and higher-paying roles.

At LinkedIn and Salesforce, I built the GTM strategies and operating cadences for $B+ global businesses across seat-based and consumption business models. Before that, I was a teacher - I have yet to take on a more challenging role. I help women grow their careers and earn what they deserve, even if they didn't follow a linear career path.

The first few times I hit publish, my hands were shaking. I did it anyway, because I was tired of watching people file down their own edges to fit into a character limit. I wanted to read more human stories on LinkedIn, so I decided to start sharing my own. Because personal branding should be...personal. In two months my following went from 800 to over 2,000, my brand design side hustle grew, and I got promoted to a Lead PMM role in my day job.

In my 8+ years, I’ve worked on 0→1 products, supported multi-million dollar hospital device contracts, and more. But I am also a mother, and that part of me does not disappear when I log on or off for the day. My mission is to help more people see themselves leading in tech. On LinkedIn, I share my thoughts on healthcare, product leadership, motherhood, and advocacy.
