I'm a strategy and operations leader, a former teacher, and someone who likes to get shit done. My work has taken me through LinkedIn, Salesforce, startups, and the nonprofit sector, connecting business goals to the people and day-to-day work that make them happen.

I teach what that mix has taught me: how to make sense of messy information, bring people along, and turn a good idea into something useful. That can mean a better forecasting call, an AI workflow that holds up after the first try, or finding the words for what you bring to the table.

I bring an operator's attention to the business and a teacher's focus on what you can actually do next. I have an MBA from Berkeley Haas and started my career in the classroom through Teach For America.
