Choose experiments that are doable in 90 days and produce real feedback
Write a clear positioning statement that describes your offering without shrinking yourself
Identify who you actually want to reach (roles, people, sectors) and where they pay attention
Design a visibility plan using channels that work for you (writing, speaking, events, relationships)
Create a structured plan with clear milestones, checkpoints, and ways to measure progress
Gather feedback from the right people (weak ties, peers, mentors) on your direction
Adjust your approach based on what you learn, turning uncertainty into momentum
