I spent 17 years leading multi-million-dollar impact initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. At the Jacobs Foundation, I designed and led a CHF 30M+ education portfolio. Along the way, I saw talented professionals who had built strong careers still struggle to know what to do next.
I founded PurposePhil Career in 2025 to close that gap. Over the past two years, I’ve mentored more than 60 mid-senior leaders through career transitions, in virtual cohorts and at retreats. That work taught me that clarity comes from noticing what energizes and depletes you, long before you choose a new role.
Today I split my year between strategic consulting, mentoring, and running a boutique hotel on Kefalonia. I bring that same structure and sensitivity to every session.
