What happens: Over three hours across a few weeks, we define your North Star, the direction that aligns your values and energy with your expertise. We then map your options, from a foundation role to EdTech leadership, consulting, or portfolio work, and identify the positioning thread that sets you apart. We close by designing a first experiment you can test in real time, with space between sessions to gather feedback and adjust.
What you leave with: A clear North Star, a shortlist of directions to test, a positioning thread you can articulate, and a first experiment running within the week.
Format: Three 1-hour sessions over a few weeks, with a short guided exercise between each.
