Build Your Secure AI Negotiation Preparation System

Yadvinder S. Rana

NegoAI Founder | Negotiation Professor

No code. Everything stays confidential. Prepare any deal in 15 minutes.

You have a big deal coming. You already know how it goes: it becomes a fight over price. It doesn't have to be like that.

Most people haggle. They do not negotiate. My research shows that AI makes it possible to create value even when there is no trust.

You opened ChatGPT before a deal and asked it to help you prepare. Understand their alternatives. Find out what they really want. You already knew that. It does not know the person across the table, or how the last two rounds with them went.

It gets useful when you give access to your context and provide specific instructions: the answer stops being general and starts being about your deal.

Then you use it every week. It gives you a preparation brief, and you decide. After a while you stop calling it AI and you call it your assistant.

It is not quick. Creating the context, the memory and the instructions takes time, but what you build is yours and stays yours.

You walk in knowing how it will go. You are confident and relaxed. You know what they want and where they will push, and even if you don't trust them, you'll be able to move the negotiation beyond only price by bringing options that match what is important to them.

What you’ll learn

In five weeks you build a system around the way you negotiate, use it on a real deal, and keep it afterwards.

  • Even the deal that lands on you at the last minute gets prepared properly.

  • You get one page you can take into the meeting, not a long AI answer you have to rewrite.

  • You prepare an important negotiation between two operational calls, and get your evening back.

  • You see their world from the inside, and you know where they are going to push.

  • You know what the contract actually says before you agree to anything.

  • You know how they behave under pressure, and what they do the first time you say no.

  • In a study with 120 executives, people who prepared this way took 48% more individual value out of the deal.

  • Joint gains were 84% higher. Both sides left with more, which is what makes a deal hold.

  • It works even when there is no trust between you, and that is the part with no precedent.

  • Practice against someone who behaves like the person you are about to face, and who does not go easy on you.

  • Run the same negotiation as many times as you want, with nobody watching and no cost to getting it wrong.

  • Walk in having already heard their hardest question, so you answer it in the room instead of thinking of it afterwards.

  • It is built around how you negotiate, so nobody else could have built the same one.

  • It holds your preparation brief, your read on the person across the table, and a counterpart to practice against.

  • You keep it after the course, and it works on the next deal, and the one after that.

  • It runs on the AI your company has already approved, whether that is Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

  • Your deal information stays inside the tools your IT team already allows.

  • No code anywhere. If you can write an email, you can do this.

Who this course is for

  • Buyers: you come in late. The internal client has already chosen, or the cheapest wins because nothing on paper justifies paying more.

  • Sellers: you defend the margin against a buyer who only looks at price, then negotiate inside your own company to get the answers you need.

  • Consultants, trainers and mediators: your clients ask what AI does in negotiation. You want a path from someone you trust.

Prerequisites

  • You already negotiate for a living

You build the system on your own negotiation expertise. This is not Negotiation 101.

  • No AI or Coding Knowledge

No AI or coding background needed. It is 100% no-code. Works with any organizational platform: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

  • It takes real work, and it is work only you can do

It is not quick. Nobody can write down how you negotiate except you. Every step has a guide, so you never face a blank screen.

Written feedback on your own work, every week

Every week you send in what you built and I write back on it. Not a group answer, not a template, and nobody else sees it. I can only do this for a small group.

The build platform is included

You need a paid subscription to ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude, the one you already use. Everything else is on me. What you end up with is yours.

You have unlimited access to all the materials

The lessons, the recordings and the step-by-step guides. You go back to them when you build the next thing, months after the cohort has finished.

Built on Research and Practice

In 2024 I ran a controlled experiment with 120 senior executives. The people who prepared with an AI system took 48% more individual value out of the deal. Joint gains were 84% higher, so both sides left with more. It held even when the two sides did not trust each other.

Research published in the Negotiation Journal in 2026 found that people who practiced against an AI counterpart negotiated better the second time than the first. That is why you finish this course with something to rehearse against, and not only something that prepares you.

That experiment was the first of four papers. The second is what makes an AI reliable enough to trust in a real negotiation. The third is CEF, the Collaborative Expertise Framework for Negotiation, and it is what this course teaches. Its six phases are the course, and your system is what comes out. The fourth is how the whole thing gets better the longer you use it.

I do not only publish the research. I build on it. The agents are in production for buyers and for sellers, and the method is taught in corporate education and in MBAs.

All studies are open access. You can read them before signing up for the course.
