Rooted in easy-to-follow frameworks and realistic examples, this course was highly valuable in resetting how I communicate clearly and concisely to my team. Myra is the clear and concise queen in her delivery, but I also truly appreciated her down-to-earth instruction and approachable nature. I was given constructive feedback and tools to help build my confidence in my speaking (that one will continue to take some practice :) ). Thank you for a great experience and an extremely actionable course that I am already carrying into my day-to-day work.

I loved Myra's teaching style and how she empowered us to practice communication in a safe, comfortable space. Myra made us all open to trying out new ways of communicating and gave us practical tips we could apply directly to work and life. I'm going to remember her frameworks in everything I do and have already taught them to peers! Myra was vulnerable and open about her own experiences communicating and how she got to where she is today, which left me feeling inspired to take on any work challenge that came my way. This course brings a special type of cohort together and I hope to continue learning and growing with this group and Myra!

I really enjoyed Myra’s course and her approach to teaching. She has the ability to pinpoint exactly where you’re struggling with communication, even if you’re having trouble identifying the issue yourself. She gives honest, direct, and specific feedback. She does a great job of breaking down frameworks in a way that makes you rethink how you communicate, from the words you use to your tone, facial expressions, and delivery. This was a hands-on cohort. We had opportunities to practice what we were learning and get feedback along the way. I also had the opportunity to book a 1:1 with Myra after the cohort, which was just as helpful. I walked away with frameworks I can put into practice in my day-to-day communication. Highly recommend if you want to manage up and improve your written and verbal communication skills!

Myra is an excellent teacher and extremely experienced in communication. I thoroughly enjoyed this course/content and would recommend taking it! Some reasons I didn't give 5 stars: The homework felt overwhelming (3 action items a week/I would recommend 1 action item in the future), I would have liked two 1hr sessions a week instead of one 1.5hr session (more time to digest; more options for attendees) and no sessions on Fridays (cause my brain is toast by then), and more main plenary Zoom room discussions/prompts to engage the group to participate (breakout rooms can be awkward and suck time for learning). Overall, Myra's course is worth it :)
