Each session will be recorded. However we highly encourage you make every effort to attend live, as we focus on practice and participation to reinforce concepts. But life is crazy! Missing a session is fine, and you can watch it back.

2.5 hours of meetings per week: 1.5 mandatory live training, 1 hour optional but highly encouraged office hours
2 hours of homework per week: this is really necessary to implement the learnings outside the training sessions

Yes, after each live training, there is a homework assignment to reinforce concepts and implement back to your day-to-day. These take anywhere from 30 min-2 hours. You will receive personalized feedback on your homework assignments.
