About Ekaterina
For 15+ years, I've been working both hands-on and as an executive to drive growth across product and marketing. I worked across user acquisition, retention, and monetization pillars for a few dozen B2C products, including apps like IG Trading, adidas Training, Mimo, Drops, and others. As a team member and a lead, I've grown apps to 500k-1m MAUs and from 0 to >$3-10 million in ARR.
Consulting and mentoring startups and scaleups on growth additionally helped me apply my experience and 'playbooks' to a wider range of cases and understand what different mobile businesses need.
I am confident in the efficiency of my full-funnel approach to growing B2C apps, and this course is where I share my learnings, successes, failures, and frameworks I've learnt in my job.
