I've been working for 15+ years in growth and marketing as an operator and a leader and got hands-on experience in scaling user acquisition, improving retention, and increasing revenues for mobile apps like IG Trading, adidas Training, Mimo, and others. As a team member and a lead, I've grown apps to 500k-1m MAUs and from 0 to $3-10 million in ARR.
For the last 5 years, I've also been teaching, consulting, and mentoring startups and scaleups on growth. This helped me apply my 'playbooks' to a wider range of cases and understand what mobile and digital businesses need at different stages of their development.
I am excited to share with you my key learnings, successes, failures, and frameworks that help me in my day-to-day work.
