Learn directly from Kim Nicol

I was lucky that I was able to have a rather private series with Kim being the only person in the cohort. The structure of the course is very well designed covering the major topics around communication strategies with great materials to prep and reflect afterwards. Kim always come prepared diving into the reflections I did prepping for the session and other agendas, but she is really great at going with the flow. She is very caring, attentive, and always asks thoughtful questions to help me introspect more. I felt really comfortable around her so I can open up more which is very important to make the sessions effective. Thank you Kim! I learned a lot from your class and I am sure we will keep in touch!
