Three reasons: they're backed by the world's largest AI companies; your company likely already supports one, so no new purchases or IT approvals; and skills transfer across all of them.

You can choose to use either ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. Zapier is free. You can build agents and setup agentic workflows with all of them. If your company hasn't approved these platforms yet, you can build tools on a personal account & use them for your own work without sharing confidential information.

No. You'll learn AI tools for PM work, but the bigger skill is managing the relationship: giving context, course-correcting, knowing what to trust it with, and spotting when it's off. The real question isn't "which tool?" — it's "how do I get it to actually deliver?"
